These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the private transportation booking platform operated by Bytedex Transfer("we", "the platform"). By creating an account, requesting a quote, or booking a service through this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We offer an online quoting and booking system for private transfers and, where enabled, car rental. Availability, rates, and conditions for each service are shown at the time of quoting and may vary by date, coverage zone, and vehicle type.
2. Accounts and booking data
You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off address, date and time) and for keeping your password confidential. We reserve the right to cancel bookings with false, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are calculated based on distance, service type, and selected vehicle, and are shown before you confirm a booking. We accept full payment or, where enabled, a deposit with the remaining balance due as indicated during booking. Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe and/or PayPal); we do not store your full card details on our servers.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Current cancellation and refund terms are shown at the time of booking and/or in the confirmation email. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method and may take time to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. User conduct
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to third-party accounts or systems, or interfere with its normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to complete transfers as booked, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure) may affect pickup or drop-off times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the booked service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
